I finally got around to servicing my air cleaner last weekend. The unit was covered in dust, so I carefully washed the pre-filter and replaced the HEPA filter that had been in there way too long. It's amazing how much better the air smells now, and I can actually see the difference in how much dust collects on the surface. Next time, I'll remember to do it every six months instead of waiting two years.
